Stepping Out To Celebrate Life 2009
14th Annual Gala Fundraiser
This year’s Stepping Out highlighted wearable art by top Bay Area designers, and complementary fashions from Macy*s, modeled by breast cancer survivors -- our stars!
Models took to the runway showing incredible one-of-a-kind jewelry, designer handbags, hand-crafted wool felt wraps and scarves, fantastic hats, cutting edge day wear and evening fashions. Many of the designers donated outfits for auction at the event.
It was a night of celebration for our entire breast cancer community with gourmet dining catered by Robert Meyer’s Mangia/Nosh, a spirited live auction with auctioneer Greg Quiroga, followed by dancing to the music of The Fundamentals.
We thank the many volunteers who helped put on this fabulous event, as well as our generous sponsors and many donors.
