Sydney played in the Rally To Celebrate Life (formerly Rally For the Cause) tennis tournament one year and joined the organizing committee the next—that was 15 years ago. In 2004, Sydney was invited to join the To Celebrate Life Breast Cancer Foundation Board. For two years, she chaired the organization’s Grants Review Board, and now assumes the position of President of the Board of Directors. Serving on the Grants Board gave her the opportunity to work with the organizations that benefit from the funds raised by the Foundation.
