Alice Tanner was diagnosed and treated for breast cancer in 2001. That same year she modeled in the Stepping Out gala. Since then she has been a part of To Celebrate Life Breast Cancer Foundation’s Stepping Out as the lead for Silent Auction in 2002 and as co-chair of the event in 2003 and 2004. She joined the Board of Directors in 2005.
Alice owns her own business, Addiction Recovery Consulting Services, where she helps people deal with the many challenges of having a family member or close friend who is an alcoholic/addict and where she consults with businesses regarding addiction in the workplace. Her passion for helping families deal with devastating illnesses fuels her devotion to the mission of To Celebrate Life Breast Cander Foundation.
